Think they're compensating for something?

Ask Uncle Adolf.

Yeah, but they never even really saw action. Gustav and Dora were more or less a proof of concept... considering they took a whole squad to just basically operate. I would have liked to see the Allies having a meeting over how to best destroy something the size of a house, made from solid steel, and was mobile though...

Lol, but seriously, I think a Marvin the Martian impression is required when firing this behemoth.

The Emperor of All Bombs. And to think it was a scaled down version of the intended weapon.

I think they meant to go for 100MT but realized 57 was basically enough for whatever you wanted to do...

"Sir we need to aim it to the South"
"Damnit lieutenant, then you're going to have to lay some more track"

Thank you.

Barnes-Wallis would have figured it out. After all he blew up concrete dams, or his bombs did. One Grand Slam would complicate things.

If I remember right the solution was to just dump thermite down the barrels when they seized them.

I guess that Walther must have jammed when he tried to off himself.
I'm running out of tin foil myself. Could you spot me some?
